Our newest product combines the rear lifting design of our FLX Rack with the collapsible bags of our RZR Rack to create a brand-new hybrid product! By moving the lifting mechanism to the back of the rack, our customers can now use the RZR Rack for large/flat parts that don't allow for center mounted lifting. A true win-win!

Need custom rails and bases to make the rack work with your existing facility infrastructure? No problem. We can do that too! Learn more here!

Both racks can be made in a variety of custom footprints to fit your parts and your plant requirements. From we've previously made RZR Racks as small as" x 29" and as large as 45" x 92", and everywhere in between.

Even the height can be customized. From something made to fit on a truck, to something as tall as 12 ft, and everywhere in between, we can customize the design to fit your facility, your needs, and maximize your part density.

The RZR and FLX Racks can be customized with a variety of base options to meet your needs. Want something you can move with a forklift? We can include fork pockets. Want something you can pull with a tugger or agv? We can include casters for easy movement. And our bi-directional foot pedals allow for your operators to move/spin the racks with ease when near the production line.

They can be equipped with a variety of power options, from built-in batteries and push buttons, to external plug-in options, to custom software and controllers that stop the rack at specific preset levels.
